Premier League match day 22 ended with a thrilling encounter between Wolves and Manchester United at the Moulineaux with Manchester United getting a 4:3 victory over Wolves after a late scare.
Marcus Rashford returned to the match day squad and was in the lineup after being left out of the squad in their win against Newport for disciplinary reasons. Eric Ten Hag clarified that the issue was dealt with internally and that Marcus Rashford has accepted his responsibility and hence his inclusion in the match day squad.
He however, did not disappointed as he got the first goal of the match in the 5th minute with a well composed finish. Rasmus Hojlund got the second goal of the night and made it three goals in his last three Premier league games. Pablo Sarabia pulled one back for the home side from the spot before substitute Scott McTominay added a third for the away side.
Two late goals from Max Kilman and Pedro Neto ensured that Wolves were back in the game before a brilliant individual goal from 20 years old Kobbie Mainoo secured the victory for the away side.
Speaking after the game, Kobbie Mainoo said, "I still think I'm dreaming to be honest. To play in the Premier League for my boyhood club, it's been amazing".
In other results, West Ham secured against Bournemouth draw after a blunder from débutant Kalvin Philips gave the visitors an early lead with a well converted penalty by James Ward-prowse.
